There are no unauthorized returns. Contact us for a Return Authorization Code (RAC). No items will be accepted upon delivery without an RAC. All Credits/Refunds (if approved) will be issued for items only in the original, unused condition and packaging within 14 days from purchase. Any approved return will incur a 15% restocking fee based on the purchase price of the item. No Shipping/Handling costs or Credit Card Transaction fees will be credited or refunded. Defective Products All USA made items come with a manufacturer's warranty, so any repair or warranty information needs to be made directly to the manufacturer. Magazines All magazine sales are final and no refunds will be given. Defective factory Russian magazines returned with a Return Authorization Code (RAC) will be replaced with new merchandise. |
